Since April 2021 Patrick Kather is responsible for the controlling of the existing and integration of new companies into the Kai Capital group.
Parallel to the ongoing controlling he supports the managing partner in various other projects relating to financial analysis, e.g. the acquisition and integration of new companies. He is the contact person for new acquisitions (M&A) and issues relating to the existing portfolio companies.
Patrick Kather holds a Master of Science degree in Healthcare Management. He also became a specialist in financial management through various job activities accompanying his apprenticeship.
