Andreas Heuveldop, Co-founder and Managing Partner of Kai Capital Management GmbH & Co. KGaA (KCM), left the company on February 28, 2011 in order pursue new professional opportunities.
In this context he acquired shares of Elotech Industrieelektronik GmbH in Hilden bought by KCM in 2010. Elotech Industrieelektronik develops, designs and produces electronic measuring and controlling devices. The company is also specialized in custom made products designed to meet specific customer needs.
Kai Capital Management acquires medium-sized companies, which are in challenging circumstances as well as successor situations. Portfolio companies in which Kai Capital Management acquires a majority stake are managed together with the target company’s existing management according to entrepreneurial principles. The focus of the holding is on the middle and long-term success of the companies.
