H.-G. Herrmann will join Kai Capital as Managing Partner

Hans-Georg Herrmann will join Kai Capital Management as Managing Partner on May 01, 2011.

He has been active in the fields of trade and industry for more than 15 years. Until 2010 he was Financial Director Europe of Japanese Link-Theory-Group (fashion/lifestyle with Labels Rosner, Theory and Helmut Lang). Before he was Head of Internal Audit at Merckle/Ratiopharm-Group and Commercial Director of a US-subsidiary.

After studying Business Administration and completing a US-CPA degree (Certified Public Accountant) Hans-Georg Herrmann held management positions in the fields of Audit, Finance and Investment Management at Neckermann, Grohe and Tengelmann.

Mr. Herrmann is looking forward to his new challenge, to creating Kai Capital Managements future. He is confident that the company will increase positively and grow to a solid factor in the investment companies market.

Kai Capital Management acquires medium-sized companies, which are in challenging circumstances as well as successor situations. Portfolio companies in which Kai Capital Management acquires a majority stake are managed together with the target company’s existing management according to entrepreneurial principles. The focus of the holding is on the middle and long-term success of the companies.
