With effect from 1 December 2019, Kai Plastics GmbH & Co. KG, which was acquired as HADA Kunststoffverarbeitung by Kai Capital in January 2017, acquired the business operations of Beuter Kunststofftechnik GmbH, Bad Berleburg. In the spring of 2020, Kai Plastics Frohn GmbH, part of Kai Capital since 2011, and Kai Plastics Tropen GmbH, acquired in 2017, will be merged into Kai Plastics GmbH & Co. KG.
Beuter is a traditional injection molding company, which was managed by managing partner Frank Beuter until the takeover. As of now, Frank Beuter will become the technical director of Kai Plastics and will for the long term rent out the business premises in Bad Berleburg to Kai Plastics.

Kai Plastics is led by managing partner Christoph Schwinning and is one of the larger injection molding companies in North Rhine-Westphalia with the locations Troisdorf, Lüdenscheid, Niederkassel and now Bad Berleburg. Also part of Kai Plastics is Axmann GmbH, Cologne, also acquired in 2017, a well-known toolmaking company which, in addition to Kai Plastics, also serves external injection molding companies as a customer.
